Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

To start a return, simply email us at support@thepetposter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unopened packaging preferred). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.


Free Retouching & Revisions

Before returning, consider our free retouching service. If your portrait does not look exactly how you imagined, our retouching team will perfect it — unlimited revisions until you love it. Most customers prefer this over a return.


Damages and Issues

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
   • Your item is damaged during shipping
   • You received the wrong product
   • There is a clear production defect

If any of the above applies, contact us at support@thepetposter.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement immediately — no return required.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you would like a different size, frame, or style, contact us and we will arrange the exchange. You will only pay the shipping cost for the new item if there is no defect.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes within the first few hours after ordering. Once production has started, the 14-day return policy applies instead.


Digital Downloads (Hi-Res Digital Printing File)

Digital download products are non-refundable once delivered, as the file is sent immediately. However, if there is an issue with your file, our retouching team will fix it at no charge.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return (or immediately for damaged or defective items that do not require a return).


European Union — Consumer Rights

EU customers enjoy full protection under EU consumer rights legislation. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee meets or exceeds the requirements of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
