At The Pet Poster, every order is custom-made just for you. Once
your order is placed, we begin production immediately.
Production Time
All posters are printed on demand at the facility closest to your
delivery address. Production typically takes 1–3 business days
before your order is shipped.
Shipping Options
We offer worldwide shipping with two options. Rates vary by country and product size — the exact amount is calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping │ 5–8 business days │
Express Shipping │ 3–5 business days

Where Do You Ship?
We ship to all countries worldwide. Orders are printed and shipped
from the production facility closest to you — including locations
in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific — to ensure the fastest
possible delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the
way.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs charges (such as VAT or import
duties) may apply depending on your country's regulations. These
charges are determined and collected by your local customs
authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please
contact us at support@thepetposter.com within 14 days of the expected
delivery date. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
